Additionally, as part of our environmental initiatives, we have installed a 150KW solar panel on the factory roof, which allows us to nearly self-supply the power consumption during daytime operations. New factory in operation! A new factory with new equipment has been completed at Mita Chemical Products! Precision machining of resins has been further powered up in both quality and quantity!

Mita Electric Industry Co., Ltd. specializes in precision cutting of various resins, from electrical insulation materials and thermosetting to thermoplastic and super engineering plastics, as well as the prototyping and mass production of molded products backed by experience and technology, along with sales. Utilizing the know-how gained from the precision processing of glass fiber reinforced plastics, we have achieved even greater precision in the processing of engineering plastics and general-purpose plastics. We have established a new factory. We have upgraded our capabilities by introducing new equipment. With a movable range of X=4,000 and Y=2,000, we have a universal attachment 5-sided machining center, Okuma gantry type. Our high-precision micro-machining machine, ROKKO Industry CEGA, can process fine holes with a diameter of Φ0.02 at a spindle speed of 40,000 RPM. With such well-equipped facilities, we have enhanced both quality and quantity.
